Hi, I’m Terilyn Schutz ~

I am the Owner and Founder of Schutz Show Real Estate, LLC. and an Associate Real Estate Broker with BHGRE – Steinborn & Associates, proudly serving the Alamogordo, New Mexico area. Originally, I’m from Northern California, where I grew up playing and coaching volleyball before joining the United States Air Force just before my senior year. Don’t worry—I stayed and finished high school with all of my friends. Driven by a desire to serve and make a difference, I embraced the opportunities and challenges that military life offered and enjoyed the adventure of a lifetime.

After completing my service, I made Alamogordo my home and discovered my true passion for real estate. As both a wife and mother, I understand the importance of finding the right home for your family and the value of community. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to excel in all areas of life, and I bring that same dedication and determination to every client I serve.
